Preparation of Your Work
【創作作品】
1. Application Form of Artists/Designers 請附報名表一份（詳見徵稿表格）。
2. Application Form of Work 請附作品資料表一份（詳見徵稿表格）。
3. Letter of Authorization 請附授權書一份（詳見徵稿表格）。
4. Submission your work in CD-Rom ONLY作品資料請以光碟提送。
(1) Please save your images in jpg or tif with resolution over 150 dpi in A1 size.
圖片資料請以jpg檔或tif檔儲存，解析度150dpi(含)以上。(A1 size)
(2) For Videos, please provide at least two images with resolution over 300 dpi.
影片作品請附劇照電子檔兩張，解析度 300dpi(含)以上。
(3) For AR/VR, please provide DVD(NTSC) and MPEG2 formats.
AR/VR或影片作品請提供 DVD(NTSC)及MPEG2 影片格式檔案。
5. Please provide three copies of your work in DVD format, including two DVDs without author or co-author names for our committee panel reviews, and one DVD with the list of authors and other required information.
請繳交作品一式三份，為DVD 格式。其中二份DVD 內外不得有創作者之姓名或任何可提供辨別之註記以做為匿名審查之用，另一份請以MPEG2格式影片檔儲存，並明列出創作者姓名及工作人員名單與相關附件電子檔儲存成資料光碟，以供研討會之用。
6. Please keep the length of your videos no more than 30 minutes, and edit the first 30 seconds as the following: Black video for 10 secs, Colorbar for 10 secs , ID card for 8 secs, Black video for 2 secs, and start of the feature film.
作品長度以三十分鐘以內為限，影片前 30 秒請依序錄製黑畫面10秒；Colorbar 10 秒；ID card 8 秒；黑畫面2 秒；正片。
